Description
We present you our first decoration project of this year: Príncipe de Vergara 76 is a new building project in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca, Madrid.
The property includes common areas such as a gym, an infinity pool on the roof and a robotic parking. It also has a closed circuit security system.
The natural oak of the platform is compatible with the system of radiant-cooling floor, latest technology in air conditioning, which, together with the installation of air conditioning, ensure comfort and well-being.
The design core is the kitchen and living-room, equipped with premium appliances and wine cellar, and marble bathrooms and electric towel rails.
