As you may have noticed, all Amuebla Rent furniture pieces are carefully selected, high-quality items chosen with great attention and care. We kindly ask that you treat them with the same respect, attention and consideration.

Once you have selected the pieces you would like for your new home or workspace, signed the rental agreement with Amuebla Rent S.L., and paid the security deposit, our team will deliver and install the furniture for you.

You can rent our furniture and objects for one day or for a full year, depending on your needs.

Furniture rental prices vary depending on the rental period. When requesting a quotation, we will need to know:

• which pieces you would like to rent,
• the rental duration,
• and the delivery address in order to calculate transport costs.

We deliver and install furniture in Madrid and throughout Spain.

You can contact us by email or phone and tell us which pieces you would like to rent — or simply explain your particular needs, for example: “I need to furnish an apartment before putting it on the market.”

We will also need to know:

• the rental period,
• and the address in order to calculate delivery costs.

Once the quotation has been approved and the rental fee, deposit and transport costs have been paid, our team delivers and installs everything directly in the property.

We work with both private clients and companies. For example:

• homeowners looking to sell or rent their properties more quickly,
• tenants who have found an unfurnished home but do not wish to invest in purchasing furniture for a short stay in Madrid,
• multinational companies furnishing homes for expatriate employees,
• or investors preparing exclusive listings for sale.

For film shoots and audiovisual productions, the minimum rental fee is €200 + VAT.

Furniture transport and delivery are handled directly by our team, and a minimum of 48 hours is required to sign the contract and arrange delivery of the selected pieces.

Furniture can be rented from one day up to one year — whether it is a single sofa or the furnishing of an entire apartment.
All rentals can be renewed, depending on the agreement established together in the contract.

Your home can be ready in a maximum of two weeks.
Installation is usually completed within one morning (or one full day depending on the size of the property).

If you fall in love with the furniture and would like to keep it, we offer the possibility of purchasing the pieces. However, we do not offer rent-to-own contracts.

What we usually do is order brand-new pieces for you. In the meantime, while we wait for delivery, you can continue renting the furniture already installed in your home.
