Description
A penthouse near Nuevos Ministerios. When we saw it for the first time, the house was in a very bad condition, with an old distribution and teared. So we gave her a completely new distribution, as well a remade all pipe and electricity systems.
Since the first day, we knew that this 80m2 house, was asking a completely reform because the house seemed small and had not enough light although it was a penthouse.
