We kindly ask that you treat them with the same respect, attention and consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have selected the pieces you would like for your new home or workspace, signed the rental agreement with Amuebla Rent S.L., and paid the security deposit, our team will deliver and install the furniture for you.<\/p>\n<p>You can rent our furniture and objects for one day or for a full year, depending on your needs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>Furniture Rental<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Furniture rental prices vary depending on the rental period. When requesting a quotation, we will need to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which pieces you would like to rent,<\/li>\n<li>the rental duration,<\/li>\n<li>and the delivery address in order to calculate transport costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We deliver and install furniture in Madrid and throughout Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>How Furniture Rental Works<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>You can contact us by email or phone and tell us <strong>which pieces<\/strong> you would like to rent \u2014 or simply explain your particular needs, for example: \u201cI need to furnish an apartment before putting it on the market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We will also need to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>rental period<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>and <strong>the address<\/strong> in order to calculate delivery costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the quotation has been approved and the rental fee, deposit and transport costs have been paid, our team delivers and installs everything directly in the property.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>We Rent to Private Clients and Companies<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>We work with both private clients and companies.\u00a0For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>homeowners<\/strong> looking to sell or rent their properties more quickly,<\/li>\n<li><strong>tenants<\/strong> who have found an unfurnished home but do not wish to invest in purchasing furniture for a short stay in Madrid,<\/li>\n<li><strong>multinational companies<\/strong> furnishing homes for expatriate employees,<\/li>\n<li>or <strong>investors<\/strong> preparing exclusive listings for sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>Rental for Audiovisual Productions<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>For film shoots and audiovisual productions, the minimum rental fee is \u20ac200 + VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Furniture transport and delivery are handled directly by our team, and a minimum of 48 hours is required to sign the contract and arrange delivery of the selected pieces.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>How Long Is the Rental Period?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Furniture can be rented from one day up to one year \u2014 whether it is a single sofa or the furnishing of an entire apartment.<br \/>\nAll rentals can be renewed, depending on the agreement established together in the contract.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>How Long Does Delivery and Installation Take Once the Contract Is Signed?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Your home can be ready in a maximum of two weeks.<br \/>\nInstallation is usually completed within one morning (or one full day depending on the size of the property).<\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>Can I Purchase the Furniture?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>If you fall in love with the furniture and would like to keep it, we offer the possibility of purchasing the pieces. However, we do not offer rent-to-own contracts.<\/p>\n<p>What we usually do is order brand-new pieces for you. In the meantime, while we wait for delivery, you can continue renting the furniture already installed in your home.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fmt-tamano-4\">\n<h2>Besides Furniture, Do You Also Rent Other Products?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Yes.
